please look for support whether that be with or another counseling service…Better Help Credentials… please get assist therapy and therapy in general is so useful and essential um for us because i know personally you know i handle a lot and you know my anxiety often it gets the best of me you understand and it always feels good to have an expert help you understand um i’m the kind of individual that i do not wish to pour or vent or put a lot on the people that i love that’s close to me like i do not wish to drain them with my issues although i will go to them if it’s something like harmful and i require to speak about you understand but i’m just not the individual to call someone every day like oh i’m so stressed out or you know like oh like i just feel like that’s.
draining so that’s why i looked for therapy i looked for a therapist um was constantly pointed out in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i love her um she constantly recommended it or did like um she was sponsored by them so she would always promote it and i’m like you know what it was a point in my life where like i needed some professional help um simply some recommendations simply somebody to listen to me um while i vent you know i simply required that aid so i resembled let me give a try and um so i joined the monthly membership for about 275 dollars um and i was designated a therapist and you know she sends out a message that basically states like um hello welcome um inform me about yourself i sent a quick intro about who i am um why i picked for help and um so that was that so then she sent me another response due to the fact that everything was online so it’s like messaging back and forth which is quite hassle-free um even though i remain in person kind of individual i would rather be face to face with somebody um not to mention i’m also a bad texter so like this actually wasn’t for me however i still wanted to give it a try um so then after i informed her about me and things like that she you know informed me.
