draining so that’s why i looked for therapy i looked for a therapist um was constantly mentioned in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i love her um she always advised it or did like um she was sponsored by them so she would always promote it and i resemble you know what it was a point in my life where like i needed some professional help um just some suggestions simply someone to listen to me um while i vent you understand i just required that assistance so i resembled let me give a try and um so i joined the month-to-month subscription for about 275 dollars um and i was appointed a therapist and you know she sends out a message that basically states like um hi welcome um tell me about yourself i sent out a brief introduction about who i am um why i selected for help and um so that was that so then she sent me another response because everything was online so it’s like messaging back and forth which is pretty convenient um although i am in person sort of person i would rather be face to face with someone um not to mention i’m also a bad texter so like this really wasn’t for me but i still wished to give it a try um so then after i informed her about me and things like that she you know informed me.
about herself and then she informed me that i might schedule our first meeting um she sent me the dates that she was offered which was like a week from this time that we were talking um so everything was a week out so i sent her back a response and i was like hello i picked this date which resembled among the choices that she had so she confirmed it she sent me like a confirmation email stating like this is your first conference with your counselor and what to anticipate and what to you know be and bring prepared for so i was so excited like i had journaled out how i was feeling what i was going through what i wanted guidance on or similar to what i wanted to go over so the day that we’re supposed to satisfy we’re doing a virtual.
